Each and every time I have had the pleasure to serve with Mary Krulikowski, God has showed up in hilarious, yet poignant ways. I first met Mary while serving along with her during a Fall Festival of Marriage Event (Lifeway). Since that time I have had Mary come and minister on two different occasions for large group events that I have coordinated. I also had the opportunity to lead music and worship as an opening act for her during a Carnival Cruise Event, “Crusin’ With the Girls”. Without fail, she has managed to use her comedic talents to open the door to our hearts with laughter, and then meticulously and intentionally, once that door was opened, flooded our souls with the grace and gospel of Jesus Christ. She is a living testimony of admirable perseverance in a fellow believer who has experienced loss and fear in profound ways, but faced and conquered each horrific obstacle with fortitude and faith! Mary, The first time I saw you perform, I was in a very dark time in my life. Your show made me laugh till I cried tears of joy! That was not the best part though. Mary agreed to be the keynote entertainer for our first Girls Night Out event (benefiting Relay for Life) in March, 2010. Her rapport with the audience was awesome, honestly she had them eating out of her hand. She was very approachable after the show with everyone. And, she was just a joy to work with…..not high maintenance! Mary offers side-splitting humor stitched in with a very powerful personal testimony. She is spiritually ‘real-life’ and her approach is genuine. I have hired Mary Krulikowski to perform at two events that I was in charge of planning at two separate churches in the Central Florida area. Mary is a professional and everything from contract to show was done without issue. I am most pleased with Mary’s performance and testimony. Thank you so much for sharing your story. It really touched me and has helped me. I know that God had planned for me to be at that conference! I lost my dad to suicide and after he died, I wouldn’t even say the word suicide. I just told people my dad died of lung cancer, which he was dying of. I was ashamed of what really took place and of what others would think. But, after hearing you speak and talking with your daughter, I feel less ashamed. I was at the South Carolina Southern Baptist Convention’s women’s conference this past Thursday. I have been attending this conference for many years and love it each year. Mary and Ashley – Last Thursday I went to your performance at Taylors First Baptist Church. I just want you to know how much you encouraged me, inspired me, and lifted my spirits! You certainly have courage to have gone through what you and Ashley have been through the last months and be able to put on such a performance. I almost committed suicide 42 years ago. I had post-partum depression and was in this deep, dark tunnel where not even my husband or children could reach me. One day while driving down the road I decided to turn the steering wheel loose and end my life by hitting a large tree. But, God turned that steering wheel right back onto the road and soon after, I was directed to someone who could help me. I love and appreciate you so much. We have heard positive upon positive remarks regarding the conference. It was a fun time and a healing time for so many.
